Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Demon Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lawrence Uranium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blood takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Uranium tries to keep at a distance but Blood has taken the fight into the clinch.
Uranium can't get the takedown.
Blood has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Uranium is pressed up against the cage. Blood has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Uranium down to the mat. Uranium avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Blood throws a head kick that misses.
Uranium slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Blood shoots in looking for a takedown but Uranium manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Blood's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Blood takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Blood misses with a low kick as Uranium jumps back.
Blood tries to clinch there but Uranium circles away.
Uranium misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Blood tries a head kick but it misses.
Blood misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Uranium lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Blood swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Blood tries to clinch but Uranium moves out of range.
Blood closes the distance but Uranium moves to the side

and Uranium counters with a single leg into guard. Blood didn't expect that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Uranium is stalling in the full guard.

Blood is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Uranium defends well.
Uranium's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Uranium passes Blood's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Still in half guard, Uranium seems content to control.
Blood knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Uranium on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Lawrence Uranium was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Uranium moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Blood tries to close the distance and clinch but Uranium swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Blood throws a head kick but Uranium moves out of range.
Blood misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Uranium misses with a jab, cross combination.
Uranium avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Uranium jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Blood gets tackled into the cage by Uranium. Uranium maintains the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Uranium takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Blood is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Blood wants to break the clinch but can't.
Uranium scores with a shoulder strike.
Uranium is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Blood is defending well.
Uranium lands a body shot.
Blood is trying to break free.
Uranium struggles to land a body shot inside as Blood controls his hands.
Blood wants to get back to striking at distance but Uranium won't allow it.
Uranium is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Blood pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Demon Blood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lawrence Uranium.

Blood jumps guard but Uranium stands there with Blood around his waist. Blood gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Uranium.

Uranium has picked Blood up - he's going for a ride! Uranium dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Uranium is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Blood is forced to tap! Great finish!
