The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cross ducks right into an uppercut from Ikkonen.
A solid leg kick lands there for Ikkonen.
Ikkonen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Ikkonen misses with a two punch combination.
A cross from Ikkonen lands.
Ikkonen throws a wild body kick that Cross sees coming a mile off.
Ikkonen avoids the body shot from Cross.
Nice defenses there by Ikkonen.
Ikkonen throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Ikkonen takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ikkonen tests Cross's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ikkonen lands a nice looking kick to the body. Cross takes a step back to recover.
Ikkonen wants to clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A looping hook to the body misses from Cross. Ikkonen does a little dance to reset his feet.

Ikkonen lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The crowd cheers as Ikkonen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cross doesn't seem phased though.

Cross is rocked!
Cross leaves his chin hanging out and Ikkonen seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Cross crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
