Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brick Thomlinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Hardcastle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hardcastle has chosen Just Close Your Eyes by Waterproof Blonde as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardcastle tries to clinch up but Thomlinson circles away and keeps his distance.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hardcastle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Thomlinson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hardcastle slips a nice elbow through Thomlinson's hands, connecting with Thomlinson's forehead.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hardcastle connects with a nice short shot to Thomlinson's temple.
