The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asmadi is looking to clinch.
Hitman jabs Asmadi right on the nose. Asmadi blinks but takes it well.
Asmadi tries to clinch up but Hitman circles away and keeps his distance.
No joy there for Hitman, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Asmadi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hitman swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hitman swings for the body but Asmadi moves out of range.
Hitman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Asmadi moves away.
Asmadi tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hitman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hitman connects with a good right hand that stumbles Asmadi. Asmadi circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like Xavier Hitman has been cut.

Hitman avoids the elbow strike from Asmadi, against the cage.

Asmadi using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hitman has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Xavier Hitman's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
