The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jobber is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bistodeau is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Jobber to the mat. Jobber regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Jobber wants to stand but Bistodeau is controlling the position.

Bistodeau passes Jobber's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Bistodeau stands up and beckons Jobber to join him on the feet.
Jobber loads up on a big right hand but Bistodeau slips the punch.
Jobber misses with an uppercut.
Jobber misses with a telegraphed body shot

and Bistodeau counters with a takedown into side control.

Bistodeau decides to stand up, so the ref orders Jobber to his feet.
Jobber just misses with a punch to the body.
Jobber thows a left - swing and a miss!

Bistodeau fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Jobber to the ground. Bistodeau is now in Jobber's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bistodeau won't allow Jobber to sweep him here.

Bistodeau slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Bistodeau slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Jobber tries to control but Bistodeau manages to take his back.
Bistodeau has the hooks in. Jobber is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Jobber grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
Bistodeau is working the ground and pound. Can Jobber escape?

Bistodeau has managed to slip his arm under Jobber's chin. This could be all over... yep, Jobber is tapping out! Submission win for Bistodeau.
