Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frank Walsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JoJo McNastypants (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walsh has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McNastypants tries to score a power double leg takedown but Walsh sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten McNastypants somewhat.
McNastypants shoots in but Walsh avoids the takedown attempt easily.

McNastypants throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Walsh.

McNastypants forces Walsh back against the cage and clinches.
Walsh tries to stall but McNastypants uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Walsh seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but McNastypants is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.
McNastypants wants to take the fight to the mat but Walsh manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

McNastypants drags the fight down to the ground.
Walsh is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

McNastypants throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Walsh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McNastypants swivels though and keeps the full guard.

McNastypants has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Walsh doesn't defend quickly enough and McNastypants has managed to lock this one up! Can Walsh escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to McNastypants on a fantastic submission victory.
