Anderson has chosen a gunshot to the head of trepididation as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Anderson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Diablo.
Anderson throws a good cross that connects.
Diablo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Anderson as he avoids it easily.
Nice takedown defense from Anderson. No joy for Diablo on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dick Diablo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Anderson clinches up with Diablo and pushes him back against the cage.

Anderson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Anderson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Diablo drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Diablo as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Anderson screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Diablo! Nice submission victory there!
