Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Slava Rysakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymond Chow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Raymond Chow!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Chow. Rysakov does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chow swings for the body but Rysakov moves out of range.
Chow closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rysakov circles away.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rysakov, right into the meat.
Chow throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Slava Rysakov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rysakov feints and then cracks Chow's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Chow down.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Chow steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rysakov.
A nice leg kick lands there from Rysakov.
Chow takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Slava Rysakov is winning the standup battle so far.
Chow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chow throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rysakov.
No luck for Chow with that takedown attempt.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Chow keeps the fight on the outside.
Rysakov fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Chow has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Chow looks to land a left hand but Rysakov moved out of range nicely.

Chow throws some wild stikes that Rysakov manages to avoid easily.

Chow sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Chow lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Rysakov suckers Chow into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Rysakov is now in Chow's guard!

Chow stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rysakov swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Raymond Chow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Chow has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
