Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hernan Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Greco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Greco!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Emerson Jorge and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chavez leaves Greco with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Chavez has a takedown stuffed.
A shot to the liver by Chavez. Beautiful body shot.
Chavez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Greco tries to avoid it but Chavez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Greco to the ground. Greco escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A lazy left from Chavez finds it's target.
Chavez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Chavez throws a big right hand that misses.
Chavez is posturing up here but Greco has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Chavez tries to roll out but it's too tight and Chavez has to tap! Slick submission there by Greco!
