Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mandla Bangizwe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spartacus Thracian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thracian has chosen I am Spartacus!!! I stand alone as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bangizwe misses with a low kick.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Bangizwe. Thracian shrugs it off though.
Thracian throws a big shot that misses.

Thracian throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bangizwe goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Thracian blocks a low kick nicely.
Bangizwe throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Mandla Bangizwe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bangizwe connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Thracian looking to score a takedown here. Bangizwe is defending well but Thracian drives through and ends up in Bangizwe's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Thracian throws an elbow that misses. Bangizwe uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Thracian's guard. Nice move by Bangizwe!
