The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pirozhkov avoids the body shot from Zotov.
A looping hook to the body misses from Zotov. Pirozhkov does a little dance to reset his feet.

Zotov looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Zotov throws a chopping leg kick but Pirozhkov manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Zotov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pirozhkov to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Zotov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Pirozhkov pushes a forearm under Zotov's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Zotov is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
