The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Vasuri there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A head kick misses from Vasuri.
Vasuri pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Vasuri throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kondor avoids the head kick by Vasuri.
Vasuri is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Vasuri throws a right and a left that Kondor avoids nicely.
Vasuri throws a jab when Kondor was well out of range.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Vasuri!

It looks like Vasyl Kondor has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vasuri throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vasuri misses with a low kick.
Some wild striking there from Vasuri.
Whack! Vasuri lands a heavy head kick that drops Kondor. The ref tackles Vasuri to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Kondor was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Kova Vasuri!
After the fight, Kova Vasuri was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
