The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brasileiro closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Felipe's guard.
Brasileiro drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Felipe dives on top into guard.
Brasileiro had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Felipe defends it easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Felipe trying to control but Brasileiro is working from the bottom.
Brasileiro working for a triangle but Felipe defends it easily.
Brasileiro could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Felipe got a little sloppy there for a moment and Brasileiro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Felipe has managed to get both his arms back between Brasileiro's legs - danger averted.
Brasileiro might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Felipe is sitting in close to Brasileiro's body. Brasileiro has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Felipe is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Felipe is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Brasileiro.
