With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Dante Smith!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Djeiba bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Horrible takedown by Smith or perhaps it was just good defense by Djeiba which made him look bad.
Djeiba throws the kick towards the body but Smith avoids it.
Djeiba fails with an attempt to clinch.
Djeiba misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Smith.
Smith's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Djeiba connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Smith scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Dante Smith has been cut.
Djeiba lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Smith circles away quickly and effectively.
Djeiba misses with a head kick.
Djeiba showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Smith.
Bud Djeiba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith misses with a body kick.

Smith closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Djeiba to the mat! Djeiba manages to get full guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Smith loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Smith is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Smith lands with a shot to the body.
Djeiba connects with a solid leg kick.
Djeiba throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Djeiba throws a right hand that Smith ducks under and follows up with a left that Smith also avoids with ease.

Smith feints a jab promting Djeiba to slip. Smith then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Djeiba slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Djeiba tries to clinch but Smith is having none of it.
Djeiba lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Smith shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Smith was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Smith jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Djeiba manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Djeiba seems a little lost for a moment, as Smith dominates the positioning.
Smith lands a decent elbow from side control.
Smith misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Smith is working to tighten is grip on Djeiba's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Djeiba has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Smith is really squeezing tight and eventually Djeiba passes out! Smith breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
