Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machine comes to the cage accompanied by Stupid KId. Ray Machine is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Machine connects with a good right hand that stumbles Walter. Walter circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Walter doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Walter avoids the body shot from Machine.
Machine misses with a hook.
Walter connects with a jab.
Machine just misses with a punch to the body.

Machine throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Walter tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Machine is in Walter's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Walter is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Machine is controlling him.
Machine trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Walter preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Machine has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Machine works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Walter is looking to escape.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Walter won't allow Machine to pass to mount.
Walter pushes Machine off looking to stand but Machine dives back in and keeps control.
Machine tries to pass to full mount but Walter defends it.

Walter is looking to escape.
Machine thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Machine content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Walter is trying to stand.

Machine stops Walter from getting back to his feet.

Machine looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Machine works his foot free and advances to mount.

Walter wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Machine is landing with some decent strikes but Walter is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Machine takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Walter has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Machine is working hard for the rear naked choke here.

Machine is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Walter knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Walter for a finish.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's time! Machine's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Machine avoids the head kick by Walter.
Walter looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Machine throws a shot from downtown. Walter moves away and avoids it.
Walter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Machine throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Machine fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Walter manages to avoid it.
A low kick from Walter misses

and Machine decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Walter's guard.
Walter is looking to stand up but Machine isn't so interested in that idea.
Machine wants to pass the guard but Walter is keeping the position.
Walter utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Machine won't allow Walter to get back to his feet.

Walter is wriggling around but Machine manages to pass to half guard.
Walter is breathing heavily.
Machine thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Walter's head.
Machine wants to free his trapped foot but Walter is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Machine is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Walter is just riding it out for now. Machine eventually gives up the hold.

Machine seems to be looking for submissions.
Walter wants to get back to his feet.
Machine is looking to advance position but Walter won't allow it.

Machine passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Walter!

Walter's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Machine can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Walter is looking to escape.
Machine throwing strikes here but Walter is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Machine throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Ray Machine overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Machine is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Walter has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Walter is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Walter is trying to stand but he's just given Machine his back.

Walter is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Machine gets his way!

Machine is looking for the choke from the back position but Walter is controlling his hands well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Machine punches the canvas rather than the man.

Machine is working for a rear naked choke. Walter is not defending it well and Machine has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Walter refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Walter's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
