Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pat O Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Segura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy Segura will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segura throws a right and a left that both miss.
Segura steps to the side to avoid the strikes from O Connor.
O Connor throws a hook but Segura blocks it.
O Connor feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
O Connor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Segura swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Segura throws an elbow that misses. O Connor uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Segura's guard. Nice move by O Connor!

Segura should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as O Connor accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Segura passes O Connor's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Segura tries to pass the half guard into mount. O Connor knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

O Connor is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Segura is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Segura stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. O Connor swivels though and keeps the full guard.
O Connor has control of Segura's left arm, preventing Segura from doing any damage.

I would just about give that final round to Tommy Segura.
I think Segura has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
