Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tayshaun Prince!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stan Burton!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton throws a shot to the body.
Burton lands with an overhand left.
Burton moves in looking to clinch but Prince pushes him off.
Prince misses with a takedown attempt - Burton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
The crowd cheers as Burton lands an impressive looking overhand right. Prince doesn't seem phased though.
Prince on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Burton smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Prince is rocked!
Horrible takedown by Prince or perhaps it was just good defense by Burton which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tayshaun Prince. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Burton tries to clinch but Prince moves out of range.
Burton scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Oh Prince is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Prince. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Prince looks for a takedown but Burton sprawls well.
Prince seems to have got his legs back now.
Prince closes the distance and clinches up with Burton, looking for a takedown. Prince pushes Burton against the cage but Burton circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Burton drops Prince with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Prince looks back up at him and smiles so Burton waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Burton finds Prince's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Prince flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Burton lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Prince will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Stan Burton!
