Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malcom Dwyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kayra Master (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kayra Master will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Malcom Dwyer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kayra Master!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dwyer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dwyer lands in his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Master is looking for a sweep. Dwyer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Dwyer wants to work for an arm triangle but Master is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Dwyer looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Master with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Dwyer lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Dwyer seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Dwyer looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Master with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Dwyer misses with a head shot. Master uses the momentum to regain guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dwyer's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Master escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dwyer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Dwyer avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Master working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dwyer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dwyer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Kayra Master has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Dwyer lands a nice short elbow.
Dwyer slips a nice elbow through Master's hands, connecting with Master's forehead.
Dwyer is nestled in close to Master, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Master is trying to maintain the position but Dwyer is very close to passing his half guard.

Master is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dwyer's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dwyer's back!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Malcom Dwyer showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Dwyer has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
