Templeton comes to the cage accompanied by Too Drunk To F@ck! - Dead Kennedys. King has chosen Setting an Example - I'm knockin you the fuck out! as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by Templeton. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Templeton.
King throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Templeton sees it coming and avoids it easily.
King swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
King misses the shot to the body.
Templeton lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
King takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Templeton lands with a straight right. King didn't see that one coming.
Templeton connects with a body shot that sends King's belly button to the back.
Templeton fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
King just misses with a punch to the body.
Templeton lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
King doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
King on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Templeton swings for the body but King moves out of range.
Templeton lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Lamce Templeton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
King looks gassed!
King shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Templeton is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
King trying to control but Templeton is working from the bottom.

King won't allow Templeton to get back to his feet.

Templeton turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Good leg kick by Templeton there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
King fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Templeton wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Templeton tries to clinch but King moves out of range.
King doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
King's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Templeton looks to land a combination. King sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Templeton throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Templeton lands a brutal head kick. King looks out on his feet and Templeton throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
