The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Pontes.
Lewis misses the shot to the body.
Lewis moves out of range of the body kick from Pontes.
Lewis throws a series of punches but Pontes avoids them all with ease.
Pontes avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Lewis!

Lewis lands a left and a right that send Pontes crashing to the mat, dazed. Lewis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Pontes is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lewis throws a head kick but Pontes moves out of range.
Pontes is still on wobbly legs! Can Lewis finish him?
Pontes misses with a takedown
and Lewis counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Pontes has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
