The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson throws a looping overhand right but Gracie ducks down to avoid it.
Robinson wants to clinch up but Gracie keeps it at a distance.
Robinson throws out a powerful jab.

Robinson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Robinson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Robinson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Robinson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Robinson jumps guard but Gracie stands there with Robinson around his waist. Robinson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gracie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Robinson, who protects the arm well.

Robinson has his foot on Gracie's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gracie works his way back into a safe position though.

Robinson has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Gracie doesn't defend quickly enough and Robinson has managed to lock this one up! Can Gracie escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Robinson on a fantastic submission victory.
