Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lytle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lee is fending him off so far but Lytle persists. Nope, Lee circles away and we're back to standing.
Lytle tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lee swivels and escapes.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lee misses with a punch on the inside.
Lee lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Lee scores with a shot to the side of Lytle's head.
Lytle fails to pull guard.
Barney Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christopher Lytle.
Lytle is working for takedown but Lee is calmly controlling the position for now.
Lytle is looking to take this one to the mat.

Lytle shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Lee throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

The fighters circle momentarily. Lee darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Lytle misses with a takedown
and Lee counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Lytle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Lee scores with a body shot.

Lytle tries to keep at a distance but Lee has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lee scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Lytle can't get the takedown.
Lytle is looking for a takedown.
Lee struggles to land a body shot inside as Lytle controls his hands.

Lee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lee, as that shot connected.
Lytle tries for a takedown but Lee sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Lytle has a takedown stuffed.
Lee misses the shot to the body.

Lee has Lytle up against the cage in a clinch.
Lee goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Lytle has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lytle tries for a takedown but Lee manages to get underhooks.
Lee lands a left hand.
Lee lands with a left to the head.
Lee lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Lytle.

Lytle prevents a body shot from Lee.

Lytle wants the takedown. Lee is fighting it off but Lytle persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Lee's guard against the cage.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Lee pulls Lytle in close to his closed guard and prevents Lytle from doing any damage or advancing position.

Lytle with a flurry of punches that miss.
Lytle trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lytle decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Lee, up you get!
Lytle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Lytle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lee is fending him off so far but Lytle persists. Nope, Lee circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lee stuffs the takedown attempt from Lytle. Lytle gets slowly back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nice body punch from Lee.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lytle.
Lee stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Lytle checks a leg kick.
Lytle takes one on the button.
Lee walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Lytle checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lytle is defended easily by Lee.
Lee looks to land a right hand but Lytle moved out of range.
Christopher Lytle is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Lee throws a looping overhand right but Lytle ducks down to avoid it.
Lytle will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Lee paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Lee cracks Lytle with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lee has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lytle to stand back up!

Lytle is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lee throws an uppercut from hell that sends Lytle clean off his feet! He's out cold! Lee stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
