The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vinnie changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Diaz looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ground and pound from Vinnie seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Vinnie takes a little break here. Diaz wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
