PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Terry Turtle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jones's choice of entrance music: Could you be loved - Bob marley. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Turtle drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jones looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jones looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jones!
Turtle is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Turtle escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jones gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Turtle isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jones stacks Turtle on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jones!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Turtle moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
