The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Columbo Gatti and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rowland pinned against the cage. Rowland gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ferguson stalks Rowland and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rowland's face. Rowland staggers backwards, shaken.

Ferguson has managed to clinch.
Ferguson wants to take the fight to the mat but Rowland manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Rowland stalling in the clinch but Ferguson improves position.
Rowland gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ferguson.

Ferguson is taking a breather. Rowland says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

No joy there for Ferguson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Rowland slips a jab and a cross from Ferguson.
Ferguson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rowland sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ferguson tries to clinch but Rowland is having none of it.
Ferguson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Rowland takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Ferguson shoots in and bounces Rowland off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Ferguson's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Rowland really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ferguson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ferguson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Rowland tries to land a sweep but no joy.
