Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Grimaldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grimaldi comes into the arena with DJ Quik - Catch 22 blaring out of the sound system. Tim Roberts will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberts gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Tim Roberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roberts closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

It looks like Tim Roberts has been cut.
Grimaldi lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Roberts tries a head kick but it misses.
Grimaldi lands with an uppercut that bounces Roberts off the cage and back into range.
Roberts looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Grimaldi stalks Roberts and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Roberts's face. Roberts staggers backwards, shaken.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Roberts takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Grimaldi dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Grimaldi lunges at Roberts with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Roberts's hand.
Roberts misses with a double jab.
Roberts misses with a body kick.
A bone on bone clash there as Grimaldi blocks the leg kick.
Roberts throws a chopping leg kick but Grimaldi manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Roberts throws a head kick that misses.
Grimaldi lands with a good body shot.
Roberts throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Grimaldi blocks a head kick by Roberts.
Roberts looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Roberts misses with an attempted mid kick.
Roberts wants to land a leg kick but Grimaldi is out of range.
A decent looking cross lands there for Grimaldi .

That has opened up Tim Roberts's cut even more.
Roberts gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Roberts takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Grimaldi lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grimaldi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Grimaldi jabs Roberts right on the nose. Roberts blinks but takes it well.

The cut above Tim Roberts's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Grimaldi cracks Roberts with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Grimaldi has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Roberts to stand back up!

Roberts is rocked!
Grimaldi steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Roberts is out on his feet! Grimaldi sets himself and nearly takes Roberts's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
