Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Smash Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalle Uzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machine comes to the cage accompanied by In The Morning. Uzi has chosen Top dog feat. Chuck Norris as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Smash Machine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kalle Uzi!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Uzi doesn't seem bothered though.

Machine drives through with a takedown into Uzi's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Machine might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Uzi wants to stand but Machine is controlling the position.
Uzi wants to get back to his feet but Machine passes into half guard.
Machine is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Uzi keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Machine has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Machine is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Machine is just content to waste time from the top position. Uzi takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Machine trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Uzi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Uzi keeping moving, preventing Machine from controlling successfully.
Uzi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Machine lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Machine tries to free his leg and advance position but Uzi is retaining full guard.
Machine wants to control from the top but Uzi keeps moving.
Machine with a flurry of punches that miss.
Machine is looking to work some ground and pound but Uzi has wrist control.

Machine postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Uzi is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Machine, into his guard.

Uzi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Machine has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Uzi has managed to get both his arms back between Machine's legs - danger averted.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Machine has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Uzi is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Machine.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
You can see the frustration on Machine's face as Uzi controls the position.
Uzi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Machine keeps working.
Machine struggling a bit here.
Machine is trying to improve his position.

Machine is trying to buck Uzi off.
Machine tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Machine is working hard here to advance position.
Machine is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Machine sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Machine is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Uzi pulls his head out easily.

Machine looking for submissions off his back.
Machine wants to get back to full guard.

Machine looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Machine looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Machine tries to get to full guard but Uzi has control of the leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Smash Machine dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


A shot to the body from Machine misses
and Uzi counters with a good low kick that Machine was not able to check.
Machine tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Uzi was well out of range. Poor timing from Machine.
Machine misses with a hook
and Uzi counters with a straight right hand.


It looks like Smash Machine has been cut.
Uzi connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Machine slips under a jab.
Uzi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Machine looks to score with a jab to the body but Uzi is just out of range.
Machine swings away with a body shot that misses
enabling Uzi to counter with a crisp jab.
Machine missing with a left hand there. Uzi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Machine tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Uzi was well out of range. Poor timing from Machine.
Machine throws a right and a left that both miss.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Machine looks to land a combination but Uzi avoids it well.
Uzi lands a nice looking kick to the body. Machine takes a step back to recover.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Machine shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Smash Machine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Uzi misses with a double jab.
Kalle Uzi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Uzi stuffs the takedown.
Uzi avoids the body shot from Machine.
Machine swings for the body but Uzi moves out of range.
Kalle Uzi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Uzi throws a body kick that misses.
Uzi throws the kick towards the body but Machine avoids it.

Machine misses the body punch
and Uzi counters with a stiff right hand.
Machine on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Uzi throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Some wild striking there from Uzi.
Uzi lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Uzi throws a right and a left that both miss.
Uzi scores with a leg kick.
Machine misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Uzi.
Uzi staying out of range there.

Machine misses the shot to the body.
Machine misses with a double jab.
Uzi lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Sloppy strikes from Machine. Those never looked like landing.
Uzi scores with the left hand. Machine knows he should have avoided that one.
Machine misses with a body shot.
Machine shoots in but Uzi avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Machine misses with a body shot
and Uzi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Machine misses with a body shot.
Machine has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Machine there as he acknowledges the shot.

Uzi listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Machine. Uzi does a little dance to reset his feet.
Uzi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Machine misses with a right hand
and Uzi counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Machine takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Uzi lands a leg kick that knocks Machine off balance momentarily.
Uzi throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Machine crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Kalle Uzi!
Our winner, Kalle Uzi, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
