Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Micheal Moon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ivan Borovsky!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moon tries to clinch but Borovsky is having none of it.

Borovsky feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Moon working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Borovsky.
Moon looking for a sweep. Not yet Moon, not yet.
Moon wants to stand and escape but Borovsky is having none of it.
Borovsky sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ivan Borovsky.
Moon throws a series of strikes that have Borovsky backpedaling.


It looks like Ivan Borovsky has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Borovsky fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Moon avoids it really well and circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Moon fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Borovsky shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Borovsky lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Borovsky seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Borovsky connects with a nice short shot to Moon's temple.
Borovsky drops an elbow to the side of Moon's head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Borovsky winds up and cracks Moon with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Moon wants to get back to his feet.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Borovsky lands a nice short elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Borovsky looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Borovsky landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.


Moon is rocked!
Borovsky scores with a big shot! Moon's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Moon! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Borovsky!
