Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Seinfeld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robbie Brawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brawler has chosen Nelly - E.I. as his entrance music. Robbie Brawler is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jerry Seinfeld!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robbie Brawler!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Chad Campbell and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seinfeld tries to clinch but Brawler moves out of range.
Robbie Brawler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brawler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Seinfeld sprawls well. Seinfeld wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Brawler gets slowly back to his feet.

Brawler looking to score a takedown here. Seinfeld is defending well but Brawler drives through and ends up in Seinfeld's guard.
Seinfeld wants to stand and escape but Brawler is having none of it.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Seinfeld holds on and takes a little breather.

Seinfeld is working an open guard so Brawler takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Seinfeld knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brawler on the ground.

Brawler decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Seinfeld doesn't manage to clinch there - Brawler circles away.

Brawler escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Seinfeld misses with a series of wild punches.
Brawler shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Seinfeld as he jumps to the side.
Jerry Seinfeld has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robbie Brawler.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Brawler goes for a takedown attempt but Seinfeld pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Seinfeld stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Seinfeld wants it to stay on the feet.
Brawler shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Seinfeld pinned against the cage. Seinfeld gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Brawler circles away from the clinch attempt.

Seinfeld tries to close the distance and clinch but Brawler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Seinfeld doesn't manage to clinch there - Brawler circles away.
Seinfeld moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.


It looks like Robbie Brawler has been cut.
Brawler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Seinfeld avoids it really well and circles away.

Brawler throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Brawler lands a nice shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Seinfeld wants to clinch up but Brawler keeps it at a distance.
Seinfeld takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.


It looks like Jerry Seinfeld has been cut.

Brawler shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Seinfeld as he avoids it easily.
Seinfeld tries to clinch there but Brawler circles away.
Seinfeld keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Seinfeld pushes Brawler up against the cage in a clinch.
Brawler connects with a knee to the head.

Brawler pulls guard.
Seinfeld wants to stand and escape but instead Brawler has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Seinfeld controls Brawler momentarily but Brawler frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Seinfeld wants to sweep but no luck.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Robbie Brawler dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Brawler lands with an uppercut that bounces Seinfeld off the cage and back into range.
Seinfeld takes one to the chin there.

Brawler closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Brawler lands in his opponent's guard.

Brawler stands and throws Seinfeld's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Seinfeld explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Brawler closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Seinfeld is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Brawler postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Seinfeld to stand up.
Robbie Brawler seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Brawler scores with a punch to the head.

and Brawler counters with a left and a right that stings Seinfeld.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Brawler tries to pull guard but Seinfeld holds him up against the cage and eventually Brawler drops back down to his feet.

Brawler throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Seinfeld works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Brawler has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Brawler jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Seinfeld walks away with a smile on his face. Brawler gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Brawler shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Seinfeld defends it nicely.

Seinfeld throws a knee to the head but misses.

Well Brawler has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
