Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Masaharu Homma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ville Kuukkeli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kuukkeli comes into a darkened arena with his song building. a-ha - Take On Me kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Masaharu Homma has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuukkeli moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Masaharu Homma has been cut.
Kuukkeli tries to score a power double leg takedown but Homma sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kuukkeli somewhat.
Kuukkeli throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Homma fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kuukkeli.
Kuukkeli lunges at Homma with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Homma's hand.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ville Kuukkeli seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kuukkeli feints and then cracks Homma's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Homma down.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Homma just misses with a elbow thrown towards Kuukkeli's brow.

Kuukkeli has picked Homma up - he's going for a ride! Kuukkeli dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Kuukkeli throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Homma's waist but Homma gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kuukkeli off to one side.
A decent looking cross lands there for Kuukkeli.
Masaharu Homma's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Homma takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Homma throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Kuukkeli changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Homma looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kuukkeli is putting a hurting on Homma here, landing some big shots from side control.
Homma parries the strikes from Kuukkeli easily there. Kuukkeli is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Homma to escape.
Homma managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Kuukkeli.
Kuukkeli has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Homma is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Kuukkeli lets go of the hold and Homma can pop his arm back in it's socket.
