The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kopacz changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Kopacz throws a head kick but Satou moves out of range.

Bokser Kopacz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kopacz does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Kopacz throws a front kick aimed at Satou's knee but Satou avoids it well.

Kopacz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Satou has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Kopacz is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Satou yanks on the arm and Kopacz is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Satou.
