The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voronov lands with an uppercut that bounces Garcia off the ropes and back into rage.

It looks like Devon Garcia has been cut.
Voronov shoots in for a double leg but Garcia sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Voronov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Garcia tries to avoid it but Voronov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Garcia to the ground. Garcia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Garcia misses with a double jab.
Voronov has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Garcia finds it's way round the side to connect with Voronov's head.

Garcia throws and low kick but Voronov moves out of range easily.
Garcia walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Voronov checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Voronov pivots, looking for a leg kick but Garcia is out of range and Voronov settles back down.
Voronov has a takedown stuffed.

Horrible takedown by Voronov or perhaps it was just good defense by Garcia which made him look bad.

Garcia tries a low kick but Voronov avoids it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Voronov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Voronov showed some decent athleticism there.
Garcia tries to kick Voronov off but Voronov keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Voronov shoots for a takedown but Garcia saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Garcia swats away the attempt to clinch by Voronov.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Voronov closes the distance and clinches up with Garcia, looking for a takedown. Voronov pushes Garcia against the ropes but Garcia circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

No luck for Voronov with that takedown attempt.
Garcia tests Voronov's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Voronov fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Garcia sprawls well initially but Voronov persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Oleg Voronov will probably get the nod.

Garcia looks to throw the jab but Voronov is out of range.
Voronov shoots in for a takedown but Garcia shows good takedown defense.

Voronov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Garcia's waist but Garcia gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Voronov off to one side.

Garcia scores with a crisp jab that stopped Voronov in his tracks.

Garcia bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Oh Voronov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Voronov tries to clinch but Garcia is having none of it.
A head kick by Garcia - that's a beauty! Voronov is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Garcia can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
