Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rob Engle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sharp Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rob Engle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sharp Head!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Head swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Engle dives in and grabs Head's left leg, looking for a takedown. Head pushes down on Engle's head and hops out.
Engle takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Rob Engle has been cut.
Engle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Head as he jumps to the side.

Engle ducks straight into an uppercut from Head and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Engle manages to regain guard straight away.

Engle is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Engle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Head doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Head manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Oh Engle is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Head tries to stand but Engle is controlling from the bottom.

Engle escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Head gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Engle seems to have got his legs back now.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Engle looking for a guillotine here but Head defends easily.

Engle wriggles free and stands up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Engle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rob Engle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Head lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Engle circles away quickly and effectively.
Head misses with a two punch combination.
Head uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Engle.
Some wild striking there from Head.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Engle.
Head avoids the body shot from Engle.
Engle walks into a straight right hand from Head.
Head misses with a double jab

and Engle decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Head's guard.
Engle is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Engle prevents Head from getting back to his feet.

Engle slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Engle postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Engle tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Engle working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Head is pushing Engle's head away, looking to escape. Engle manages to hold on to the position though.

Engle looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Head is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Engle has just dragged him back down to the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Sharp Head will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Rob Engle's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Head tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Head throws a solid leg kick but Engle takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Head.
Engle shoots for a takedown but Head saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Head misses with a double jab.
Engle avoids a punch combination nicely.
Head throws a right hand that Engle ducks under and follows up with a left that Engle also avoids with ease.
Engle shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Head as he avoids it easily.
Engle checks a low kick from Head.
A nice leg kick lands there from Engle.
Head scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Engle shoots for a double leg takedown but Head sprawls well. He's pushed Engle's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rob Engle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Head keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sharp Head seems to be getting the better of the standup.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Engle.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Head throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Head rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Engle moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Head feints with a jab and clips Engle right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Engle is sent crashing into the canvas and Head leaps in for the kill! Engle tries to get to his feet but Head is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Engle is in need of a savior and steps in!
