The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mia misses with a wild body shot.
Mia throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mia misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mia misses with a looping left.
Hawk uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mia.
Hawk uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mia.
Hawk shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mia as he jumps to the side.

Mia rushes Hawk and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Mia breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Mia fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hawk, pushing him back against the cage.

Mia breaks from the clinch.
Hawk cracks Mia with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Mia keeps the fight on the outside.
Hawk tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mia swivels and escapes.

Hawk tries to keep at a distance but Mia has taken the fight into the clinch.

Mia manages to break the clinch.

Mia clinches up with Hawk and pushes him back against the cage.
Mia prevents the takedown attempt.
Gavin Mia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Axl Hawk.

Mia breaks the clinch.
The fighters circling - Mia throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hawk shoots in for a takedown but Mia shows good takedown defense.
Hawk uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mia.
Hawk ducks under a wild hook from Mia.

Mia connects with a single shot there.
Mia scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Hawk is rocked!
Mia throws a pinpoint strike between Hawk's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Hawk crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Mia scores a great knockout victory!
