Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alpo Suhonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chazz Michael Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suhonen comes to the cage accompanied by Ihanaa leijonat, ihanaa!. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suhonen takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Michaels steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Suhonen.
Michaels throws a head kick that misses.
Suhonen missing with a left hand there. Michaels was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Michaels throws a body punch but Suhonen moves out of range.
Michaels works the jab nicely.
Suhonen looks for a takedown but Michaels sprawls well.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Michaels, as that shot connected.

Michaels turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Suhonen tries to close the distance and clinch but Michaels swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Suhonen does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Suhonen lands with a hook. Michaels tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Suhonen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Michaels's waist but Michaels gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Suhonen off to one side.

Suhonen slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Suhonen slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Michaels wants to control but Suhonen postures up.
Michaels is not content to let Suhonen control the position.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Suhonen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Michaels keeps working.
Suhonen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Suhonen tries to advance to mount but can't.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Michaels sneaks back into half guard.

A close round but Chazz Michael Michaels will probably get the nod.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Michaels. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Suhonen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Suhonen closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Suhonen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Suhonen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Suhonen goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Michaels rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Suhonen's guard! Nice work there by Michaels!

Suhonen has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Michaels is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Suhonen.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Suhonen regains half guard.

Suhonen moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Suhonen has his feet on Michaels's thighs here. He's pushed Michaels off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Michaels screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
