Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Simon Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ballard Magnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cole's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Magnar connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cole scrambles back to his feet.
Cole will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Cole shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Magnar counters with a straight right hand.
Cole on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Magnar lands with a straight right. Cole didn't see that one coming.
Cole takes one on the chin but seems OK.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Magnar walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Cole drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Magnar swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Cole's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ballard Magnar!
A relieved looking Ballard Magnar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
