The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tepes shoots in for a takedown but Magnar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tepes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Magnar throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tepes sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Tepes fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Magnar throws a series of punches but Tepes moves out of range.
Tepes jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Tepes takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Magnar stuffs the takedown attempt from Tepes. Tepes gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vlad Tepes. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tepes shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Magnar defends it nicely.
Tepes dives in and grabs Magnar's left leg, looking for a takedown. Magnar pushes down on Tepes's head and hops out.
Tepes tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Magnar counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
