The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kodiak dives in and grabs Stratton's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stratton pushes down on Kodiak's head and hops out.
Nice sprawl there from Kodiak as Stratton shoots in.

Kodiak keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Horrible takedown by Kodiak or perhaps it was just good defense by Stratton which made him look bad.

Kodiak closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kodiak lands in his opponent's guard.

Stratton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kodiak can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Stratton postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Kodiak badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Stratton around the waist but Stratton pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Stratton is the winner by TKO! Stratton jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
