The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Butane throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Cazares counters with a nice double leg into side control. Butane won't be happy with that.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Cazares in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Butane is trying to buck Cazares off.
Butane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cazares. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cazares working away.
Cazares gets to mount! Butane was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Cazares landing strikes from the mount and Butane is in trouble!
Cazares pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cazares is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Butane is forced to tap! Great finish!
