Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and snake pliskin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Page might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stoopid by Snot. pliskin has chosen I did my time as his entrance music. snake pliskin acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pliskin stuffs the takedown attempt from Page. Page gets slowly back to his feet.

pliskin moves into range and clinches up with Page.
pliskin wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Page looking for a takedown.
Page is breathing heavily.

pliskin wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Page has him pressed against the cage.

Page looking to hit a scissor sweep but pliskin is one step ahead there.

Page could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Page drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but pliskin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Page has pliskin in his guard.
pliskin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Page. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Page wants to sweep here but pliskin controlling him for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Page is trying to control the position but pliskin postures up.

Page has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but pliskin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Page trying to keep a closed guard but pliskin is proving a slippery customer.
Page manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Page is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but pliskin is surviving well by controlling Page's body position as best he can.
Page seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but pliskin is holding on tight.

Page is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. pliskin can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Page wants to control but instead pliskin manages to regain half guard.
Page prevents pliskin from standing back up.
pliskin is trying to get back to full guard.
Page is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Still in half guard, Page seems content to control.
Page lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

That was a close round but I would say that Jimmy Page will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Page shoots in but pliskin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Page avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
pliskin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
pliskin tries to bum rush Page with a series of wild strikes but Page uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
pliskin lands with a right and another and another! Page is in big trouble! pliskin lands again and this time it's lights out for Page! A quality knockout there for pliskin.
