Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank Budding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lex Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee shoots in for a takedown but Budding shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Budding lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lee's sensitive parts.

Budding is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Lee defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Budding will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lee fails to land with a series of punches.
Budding dives in and grabs Lee's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes down on Budding's head and hops out.
Horrible takedown by Budding or perhaps it was just good defense by Lee which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tank Budding. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Budding closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lee did well to prevent Budding getting side control.

Budding winds up and cracks Lee with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Budding looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lee with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Budding uses his free foot to push down on Lee's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Lee.

Budding cracks Lee with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Budding is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lee is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Budding has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Lee has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Budding, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
