And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Roman Titov!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jose shoots in looking for a takedown but Titov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jose's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Titov throws a nice looking combination but Jose bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jose goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Jose darts in and clinches Titov up against the cage.
Titov gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Jose.

Titov goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Titov swings wildly with an uppercut but Jose uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Titov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jose circles away quickly and effectively.
Titov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jose moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Titov slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Jose shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Titov as he jumps to the side.

Sloppy strikes from Titov. Those never looked like landing.
Jose's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Titov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jose scrambles back to his feet.

Jose doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Roman Titov is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Titov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Titov moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Titov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jose takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Jose takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Titov lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Titov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

And that's the end of the fight!
Roman Titov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Titov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Roman Titov was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
