Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ray Rojer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Broph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broph swings for the body but Rojer moves out of range.
Rojer throws a body punch but Broph moves out of range.
Broph displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rojer throws out the jab.
Rojer throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Broph lands a leg kick that knocks Rojer off balance momentarily.
Rojer moves out of range as Broph strikes.
Broph swings for the body but Rojer moves out of range.
Rojer throws a body kick that misses.
Broph moves out of range of the strikes.
Broph looks to throw the jab but Rojer is out of range.
Broph lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Good leg kick by Rojer there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Rojer feints and then cracks Broph's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Broph down.

and Broph counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rojer won't be happy with that.

Broph tries to score with some ground and pound. Rojer controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Broph has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
