Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glebov closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Mentos is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Mentos has had enough of the clinch but Glebov keeps him there for the moment.
Glebov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mentos fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mentos throws a right and a left that Glebov avoids nicely.
Mentos moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Mentos is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Glebov shoots in for a takedown but Mentos shows good takedown defense.

and Mentos counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mentos lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mentos.

Glebov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Mentos counters with a two punch combo.

Mentos throws a nice looking combination but Glebov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Glebov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mentos moves away.
Mentos's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Mentos duly obliges.

Glebov looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Mentos wants to improve his position but Glebov is controlling well.
Mentos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Glebov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mentos wants to control but Glebov is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Glebov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Mentos controlling the position for now.
Mentos pushes Glebov off looking to stand but Glebov dives back in and keeps control.

Glebov is looking to take a break and control but Mentos is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Glebov is nestled in close to Mentos, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Glebov is breathing heavily.

Mentos is trying to stand up here but Glebov is controlling him well.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Glebov connects with a nice short shot to Mentos's temple.
Mentos is trying to stand.
Glebov throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Glebov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mentos with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Glebov lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Glebov tries to pass the half guard into mount. Mentos knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Mentos is looking to control Glebov's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mentos avoid being mounted?
Glebov slips a nice elbow through Mentos's hands, connecting with Mentos's forehead.

Glebov not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Mentos wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Mentos lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mentos.
Glebov takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Glebov throws a combination that misses
and Mentos counters with a straight right hand.
Mentos smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Glebov feints and as Mentos raises his hands in defense, Glebov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Mentos is looking to stand up but Glebov isn't so interested in that idea.
Glebov cracks Mentos with a solid left hand.
Glebov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Glebov pushing down on Mentos's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Glebov drops an elbow to the side of Mentos's head.
Mentos wants to get back to full guard.
Mentos is trying to control but can't.
Mentos controlling the position well.

Glebov thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Glebov works his way into full mount!
Glebov connects with a bit shot that sees Mentos covering up! More strikes from Mentos and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Glebov is our winner by TKO!
