The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tonts looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
MacKenzie avoids the body shot from Tonts.
MacKenzie lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
MacKenzie cracks Tonts with a right hand to the side of the head.

MacKenzie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tonts but Tonts pushes him off and we're back to square one.
MacKenzie turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tonts is sitting in close to MacKenzie's body. MacKenzie has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Tonts is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Tonts is tapping! That was a very nice submission by MacKenzie.
