Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Alkofer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Daniel Alkofer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler closes the distance looking to clinch
and Alkofer decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Tyler's guard.
Alkofer pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tyler is keeping the position for now.
Tyler wants to stand and escape but Alkofer is having none of it.
Tyler trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Alkofer won't allow Tyler to sweep him here.
Tyler avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Tyler wants to get back to his feet but Alkofer passes into half guard.
Alkofer throwing shots but Tyler is blocking nicely.
Tyler regains full guard. Nicely done.
Alkofer tries to free his leg and advance position but Tyler is retaining full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alkofer has gone for a leg lock! Tyler slips out almost immediately though and dives into Alkofer's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alkofer striking off his back but it's not causing Tyler any problems.
Tyler is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tyler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Alkofer has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tyler has managed to get both his arms back between Alkofer's legs - danger averted.
Tyler sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Alkofer's guard.
Tyler tries to stand and escape but Alkofer is controlling the position.
Alkofer regains full guard. Nicely done.
Alkofer looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tyler is one step ahead there.
Tyler has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Alkofer is proving hard to escape from.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Alkofer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Alkofer manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Tyler wants to control but Alkofer is having none of it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Alkofer fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Tyler is looking to get to half guard.

Alkofer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Tyler looks a forlorn figure.

Alkofer with shots to the head and body - Tyler looks very uncomfortable down there.
Tyler is looking to get to half guard.
Tyler is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Alkofer punishing his opponent with strikes.
Alkofer sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Alkofer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Alkofer lands a big elbow.
Alkofer connects with a bit shot that sees Tyler covering up! More strikes from Alkofer and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Alkofer is our winner by TKO!
