Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DAVID TORRES (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Steve Shamrock has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Steve Shamrock seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TORRES cracks the inside of Shamrock's front leg.

TORRES connects with a knee to the head.

It looks like Steve Shamrock has been cut.

TORRES should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
TORRES lands a nice knee to the body.
TORRES is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Shamrock gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
TORRES throws a knee to the head but misses.
Shamrock is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Shamrock tries to throw a body punch but TORRES avoids it by throwing Shamrock back against the cage.
TORRES using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Shamrock has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

TORRES jumps guard but Shamrock stands there with TORRES around his waist. TORRES gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Steve Shamrock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of DAVID TORRES.
Shamrock wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Shamrock has both hooks in and is working for a choke. TORRES is in real trouble here. Shamrock gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, TORRES is tapping out! Shamrock wins by rear naked choke!
