PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thrasher Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Hannah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hannah has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy punishes Hannah's body with a nice straight punch.

Boy scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Boy happy to just control the position for now.
Hannah looks gassed!
Boy has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Boy lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Hannah down.
Hannah takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Hannah can't do much from the bottom here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boy is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Boy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hannah on the ground.
Boy cracks Hannah with a big right hand but Hannah just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The referee asks Boy politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Boy prefers to stall for the moment though.

A big shot lands for Boy! That's hurt Hannah! Will he recover? Boy fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
