The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Faisal counters with a big head kick but Tyson shrugs it off.
Tyson scores with the left hand. Faisal knows he should have avoided that one.
Faisal wants to clinch up but Tyson keeps it at a distance.
Tyson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tyson misses with a double jab.
Faisal shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tyson counters with a stiff right hand.
Faisal moves out of range as Tyson strikes.
Faisal misses with a head kick.
Tyson misses with a straight right.
Tyson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tyson. Faisal does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tyson loads up on a big right hand but Faisal slips the punch.

Nice takedown defense from Tyson. No joy for Faisal on that attempt.

Faisal feints and then cracks Tyson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Tyson down.

Nice sprawl there from Tyson as Faisal shoots in.
Mike Tyson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Denny Faisal.
Faisal throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tyson's waist but Tyson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Faisal off to one side.
Tyson stuns Faisal with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Faisal shoots for a takedown but Tyson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Faisal shoots in looking for a takedown but Tyson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Faisal's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Denny Faisal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tyson connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Faisal tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tyson was well out of range. Poor timing from Faisal.

Tyson cracks Faisal with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Faisal moves out of range of the strikes.
Faisal misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Faisal shoots in and drives through. Tyson sprawls well.
Tyson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Faisal misses with a takedown
and Tyson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Faisal is rocked!

Tyson drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Faisal's head, knocking him out cold! Tyson is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
