The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karlsson with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Karlsson looks to land a combination but Anderson avoids it well.
Karlsson tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Anderson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Anderson shoots in for a double leg but Karlsson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
